1. At INK-4-LE$$ we sell REMANUFACTURED ink and toner cartridges. INK-4-LE$$ is a division of MDM Professional Services, Inc. which develops and supports custom software applications.
2. We offer top quality products that have been processed to meet or exceed the original products. This is because of the technology that has evolved in our industry. Replacement parts, ink and toner have been improved in quality and are made to last longer than some of the original products.
3. MDM has been serving customers for over 20 years we opened INK-4-LE$$ on March 3rd of this year.
4. We opened INK-4-LE$$ we felt that we could help people in this current economy and state of the world and I think our slogan says it well. “SAVING MONEY AND THE ENVIRONMENT”. Of course we also wanted to get these products at a better price for ourselves and for our customers. We encourage people to bring in their used ink and toner cartridges so we can make sure they don't end up in a landfill.
5. We answer most questions over the phone and we offer businesses a personalized quote for the products they use with comparisons to prices from the big three office dealers. Quotes are e-mailed, faxed or delivered in person. With MDM as our parent, we have a custom program that tracks our customer sales, prospects and products.
6. We warranty all of our products with a no questions asked replacement if they do not work right out of the package.
7. MDM has clients that have been customers for over 20 years because of the quality of service and support we offer.
8. We spent a great deal of time researching this industry, we have gathered a lot of knowledge about the products and how and why they work so well. We are also computer people, not just salespeople, so we can easily relate to most problems that customers have. We love educating people about the benefits of remanufactured products and recycling for the environment.
9. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM . We also provide free local delivery.
