Q. Why should you use remanufactured products?
A. We offer premium remanufactured ink & toner cartridges that can save you up to 50% off the cost of a new cartridge! You are "saving money and the environment"

Q. What is the difference between remanufacture and refill?
A. When you get a cartridge refilled all they do is put more ink in the cartridge, off ten it is not filled all the way to maximum capacity and it will not last but maybe a few weeks, also they don't use the manufactures specified ink, in result you don't get the quality prints intended.  When a cartridge is remanufactured it is taken apart cleaned of old ink, internal part checked or replaced, filled to maximum capacity with the manufactures specified ink, check or replace electronics to avoid failure, reassembled, and tested before packaging to assume no defective cartridges are released.

Q. How does using remanufactured toner or drum cartridges really save me money?
A. In most cases it will save you a significant amount of money. As an example let's look at a popular toner cartridge: the HP LaserJet 5000. This cartridge retails for approximately $175.00. We sell a remanufactured cartridge for $105.00. This is a savings of $70.00! What this does is effectively cut your printing costs by more than one third and your cost of ownership of the printer is significantly reduced.

Q. What if I have a printing/copying system that has a separate drum unit and a toner unit? Can I still recycle and save money?
A. In most cases, the drum units can offer remanufactured drums and you can save additional money here as well.

Q. Will using a remanufactured toner cartridge void my warranty on my printer or copier?
A. This is a popular question. According to the Magnusson Moss Warranty Federal Trade
Commission Improvement Act, Subparagraph C, Section 101, no manufacturer can legally require you to purchase supplies exclusively from them. If you purchase a remanufactured cartridge from a quality remanufacturer, it should perform exactly the same or better than the original and it will not void the warranty.

Q. Will using a remanufactured cartridge damage my machine?
A. A toner cartridge that has been properly remanufactured will not cause any damage to your printer or copier. You have an equal or greater chance that this will occur from a brand new cartridge since ALL of the remanufactured cartridges are thoroughly checked before they go out. We are usually able to offer even better quality than the original manufacturer because of the technology that has evolved in our industry. Replacement parts and toner have been improved in quality and are made to last longer.

Q. Will my remanufactured cartridge last as long as the original?
A. Remanufactured cartridges will usually last an average of 20% longer than the original.  There are also many “high yield” cartridges available that offer even better performance. Believe it or not, the original manufacturer doesn't fill their cartridges up to full capacity. You are not just saving money on the cartridge prices but you are also saving money because they last longer.
